Hire date on inactive profile is different from candidate's details. In onboarding indicate the correct date and when the Employee Central temporary profile is created, the data 1/1/1900 appears.

Cause
System behavior.
Resolution
This is current system behavior. When profile is created the hire date is 1/1/1900 and this will not change until the candidate is hired.
