3299652 - Change Author function for Stories gives full access to users who do not have create Story nor Story Admin permission

When I change the author to someone who does not have the ability to create story reports in SF but users present in SAC, they have full access to the story that they are now the author for.  They can edit it, delete it, share it, etc  for that specific stories ONLY

SAP SuccessFactors HXM Core

1. Go to report center

2. Select a story report to change author

3. Change the author of the story report to a user that has no create story nor story admin permission

4. The user has capability to share, modify the report via page designer but no access to edit the configuration in query designer

User is expected to view Report center Action > Edit since he is the updated author of the Story. Once Author is changed, all privileges are transferred to the new Author and therefore it is expected that New Author will have ability to perform All report center Actions (Edit, Duplicate, Share…etc
