3299676 - In Login As Another User Feature You Cannot Select Any KEYTEST User In The Test User Technical ID Column OVS

You are working with the feature Login as another user; however, you do not see any KEYTEST users for selection and proper use of the feature.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to the Administrator work center.

2. Open the General Settings view.

3. Click in the Login as Another User hyperlink.

4. In the column 'test user technical ID' click in the OVS.

5. You will see blank values appear, meaning that no KEYTEST user is able to be selected for proper use of this feature.

There is not KEYTEST user created in the system.

The creation of Business is not done via Administrator > Business Users. You must create a Service Agent or an Employee in order to have a Business User in the C4C system.

 Steps to create a Service Agent:

1. Go to the Business Partners work center.
2. Select the Service Agents view.
3. Choose the New and then select the Service Agent.
4. Enter the relevant data, then click in the save button.
5. Choose the option Request User, then click in the close button.

 Steps to create an Employee:

1. Go to the Administrator WoC > Employees view.
2. Click in the New Employee.

Once the employee is created, a Business User is also created.

Afterwards, change the user ID to make it a Keytest user:

1. Go to Administrator > Business Users.
2. Search for the user of the new service agent or employee.
3. Edit > Attributes.
4. The User ID was provided automatically but can be changed here. Please change it to "Keytest02" or similar. Save.

Last but not least, in cases where the customer is still using the Initial User, they can create an User from the activity Define Administrators for Project Team.

Steps to create an User from the activity 'Define Administrators for Project Team':

1. Go to the Business Configuration WoC > Implementation Projects view.
2. Select the First Implementation and click Open Activity List.
3. Go to the Prepare tab.
4. Open the Define Administrators for Project Team link.

Here the user can also create a Business User.
