3299867 - Not possible add / remove Additional note section for recommend people or edit mandatory / non-mandatory notes in New Hire Task - Onboarding

• The additional notes section of the recommended people task seems to be a mandatory field that needs to be filled before so user can submit the task. This is not represented by an asterisk symbol ( for assigning a buddy task there is an asterisk for this field).
• Is it possible to add an asterisk to this comment box in Recommend People Task or Is it possible to make add a comment section as non-mandatory in Recommend People Task? 
• Is it possible to add or remove the asterisk (make it mandatory or not)

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

As per the product design, we don't have any feasibility to add / remove comment section in Recommend People section as this is hard coded.

If you would like to change or improve this system behavior, we would suggest you submit an Enhancement Request to the product management team which will be reviewed and voted on and could be included in the next release of the product.
