3299960 - Assessment details disappear when saving Job Requisition or sending it to next step

When adding the assessment details on the Job Requisition details page, the details disappear when you save the Job Requisition and click back into it or when you move the requisition to the next approver.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Recruiting>Job Requisitions
2. Click into Job Requisition
3. Scroll down to assessment section and click on “Add More Assessments”
4. Add details
5. Click on “Save and Close”
6. You will then be redirected to Job Req summary page again, so just click into the Job Req again
7. Notice the Assessment details have disappeared and did not save

OR 

1. After adding the assessment details, send the Job Req to next approver
2. Proxy as the next approver and open the Job Requisition
3. Notice the Assessment details have disappeared and did not save

As per backend logs we see the following error message: inserted value too large for column: Failed in "CREATED_BY" column with the value 'XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX'

This means the User ID is too long for the user who is trying to add the assessment.

Use less characters in the User ID to resolve this issue.
