3300171 - TCRTI entry created for Province of Residence when lump-sum payment is generated

Symptom

During payroll calculation in which lump-sum payments are generated, you noted that a new TCRTI entry was created for Province of Residence, even though your TCRTI already had one entry for the Province of Employment.

You can also note this symptom during Year End forms generation, when you see one more form than expected.
