3300195 - Receive Blank Page When Accessing Performance Form and 360 Multi-Rater Templates In Provisioning

When attempting to upload, access, or save performance form or 360 multi-rater templates in Provisioning, the result is a blank page.

As a customer, you do not have access to Provisioning. This Problem KBA is an issue encountered by Certified Partners.

1. Log into Provisioning
2. Select company ID
3. Select Form Template Administration
4. Select form
5. Receive blank page

1. Log into Provisioning
2. Select company ID
3. Select Form Template Administration
4. Select form
5. Enter changes > Save Form
6. Receive blank page

OR

1. Log into Provisioning
2. Select company ID
3. Select Form Template Administration
4. Select form
5. Select Update by upload
6. Browse for file > Upload Form Template
7. Receive blank page

Misconfiguration in XML for custom competencies

1. Log into the front-end of the system
2. Navigate to Admin Center > Performance Management > Manage Templates
3. Select performance form
4. Select Edit Fields and Sections > select the Competency section
5. Remove the custom competencies > Save
6. Log back in to Provisioning
7. Select company ID
8. Select Form Template Administration
9. Can access, update, and save form template successfully

CompetencyEntity Secured field is set to Yes

1. Log in to the system
2. Navigate to Admin Center > Company Settings > Configure Object Definitions
3. Select the dropdown options Object Definition > Competency
4. On the right side, click Take Action > Make Correction
5. Scroll down to the Security section at the bottom of the page
6. For the Secured field, change the dropdown to No > Save
   
7. Log back in to Provisioning
8. Select company ID
9. Select Form Template Administration
10. Can access, update, and save form template successfully
