• Hire new onboarding user with future hire date
• Check the user is in Drafts of Manage Pending Hire page (Onboarding list)
• Create a data change workflow for existing user in system
• Approval sent to manager/supervisor who is a future onboarding user in Employee Central

Known limitation/gap that Onboarding 2.0 user who is a future manager but still is considered as a supervisor; even though the user is not converted to an employee in Employee Central. This is because Job Information records are already created even before the user is completely hired.
