Symptom

  • Data Services scheduled job not triggered on time.

  • Error in AL_RWJobLauncherLog.txt at the scheduled time:

    01-07-2023 18:30:02    Unable to connect to CMS <Server Name>.  A wrong connection is made to @@<Server Name>:<Port>(<Server Name>:<Port>, <Server Name>:<Port>).  Logon cannot continue.
    01-07-2023 18:30:02    JobLauncher failed to initialize session
    01-07-2023 18:30:02    Error to connect CMS. Invalid command line syntax(return failure).
    01-07-2023 18:30:02    RWJobLauncher failed to connect to CMS.
    01-07-2023 18:30:02    RWJobLauncher return code: 180011
