3300457 - Delete Job Requisition via Trash Can Icon Error

Symptom

When trying to delete requisition from recruiting the system throws an error as follows :

fingerprint=2f40b9c3023e578ab162dba4e9376b47a9917bf4,errorMessage=An application error occurred. Please try again later, or notify support (with the error information of errorID, timestamp, and the version information from the current screen) if the issue keeps occurring.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Log on to instance
  2. Proxy as a user having permissions to recruiting
  3. Click on recruiting
  4. Select any random requisition and click on delete.
  5. Showing an error

Cause

This issue is happening due to the “Job Requisition Deleted (Internal user)” email trigger.

Resolution

This issue is happening due to the “Job Requisition Deleted (Internal user)” email trigger(Admin center > Recruiting Email Triggers). In this email trigger, recipients are set to [[[INTERVIEWER]]], [[[OFFER_APPROVER]]]. Please remove these recipients from the email trigger.
