3300542 - Unable to see options to create a follow-on document in Externally source Central RFQ Quotation.

Symptom

There are external quotations in the Fiori application Manage Central Supplier Quotations F3975. 
However the application does not provide a button to create follow-on documents from these awarded external type quotations.
