Symptom

Customer - 360° View - Version 2 (App ID F2187A) app not found.

 

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud 2302

Reproducing the Issue

Search for Customer - 360° View - Version 2 (App ID F2187A) via search field in FIORI or App Finder, no app is found.

Cause

Customer - 360° View - Version 2 is a new application in a new business catalog.

Resolution

You need to add the new business catalog SAP_SD_BC_CUST360_DISPL_PC to the respective role assigned to the relevant user.
