Symptom
After deleting performance forms, the ratings are still displaying in employee profile trend blocks when they should only show ratings from active performance forms.
Environment
- SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Profile
Cause
Expected behavior based on configuration.
Resolution
The below needs to be configured so deleted form data is not generating in trend blocks:
- In the System
- Adjust Process Configured for People Profile
- Admin Center > Configure People Profile
- Select General Settings > Scroll down to Include talent data from this process: and select All data sources > Save
- Review Company Settings
- Admin Center > Company System and Logo Settings
- Uncheck Enable rating label localization on Live Profile trend blocks. > Save Company System Setting
- Adjust Process Configured for People Profile
- Provisioning (As a customer, you do not have access to Provisioning. Please engage your Certified Partner to implement the fix.)
- Uncheck Show in-progress form ratings in live profile (With this option unchecked, you would not be able to see in-progress form data as well on the Trend Block)
- Uncheck Show In-Progress Calibration Ratings In Live Profile
NOTE: The above configurations help hide the deleted form data in the Trend Block in People Profile. But the data stored in the trend elements will still have the deleted form ratings. If you are fetching the Trend data in Reports (Employee Profile Adhoc, Tile etc.) or Exporting the Trend Data form Extended User Information, the deleted form data will still show until the deleted forms are purged form the system.
