Symptom

A Diagnostics Agent fails to connect with SAP Solution Manager, and the following errors are in the Diagnostics Agent SMDSystem.*.log:

Error      Connecting to SMD server mshttps://<host>:<port>/P4S failed - error counter: XXXX
[EXCEPTION]
javax.naming.NamingException: Exception while trying to get InitialContext. [Root exception is iaik.security.ssl.SSLException: No cipher suites enabled!]
