3300804 - Image Views Are Missing In OWL

Symptom

Large, Medium and Small Image Views are missing in OWL screen, despite that you have set Image field as visible.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Customers work center.
  2. Accounts view.
  3. In Accounts view click on the button to change view. 
  4. The Image Views are missing. 

Cause

Image views are disabled when grouping is enabled in an OWL.

Resolution

Please remove grouping so image view is displayed. Also make sure that there aren't any Change Transactions as "/SAP_BYD_UI_FLEX/CHANGE_TRANSACTIONS/KeyUser/ConfigureGroupSequence" for the affected screen.
