3300992 - Broadcast is not sent: No report data available to display

You have created a broadcast, but when you start it, the recipients do not receive an e-mail and you can see the following message in the broadcast logs:

"No report data available to display; check the selection"

The report view and selection that you have chosen for the broadcast do not result in any data in the respective report.

When a report has no results, the broadcast is not sent out since it would only contain an empty e-mail. This is the expected behavior.

If you would like to suggest a change to the standard behavior, you can make use of the Influence portal. Depending on the feedback of other customers, technical feasibility and priority of the change, our product management may take up the request for a future release.
