3301072 - Error log is not displayed in app Upload General Journal Entries

Symptom

Application Upload General Journal Entries (F2548) raises an error after uploading the excel sheet. It is expected to navigate to the Application Log in order to see the details of the error, but this process is not working. One of the following symptoms can be observed:

1) When clicking on "show log", the navigation is not started. Nothing happens.

2) After clicking on shows log, the navigation is started, but the Application Log is not loading.

3) Although the Appliction Log has been loaded, it does not show any data.

As of SAP S/4HANA 1809.
