3301153 - Signature placeholders are not being recognized on Quote 2.0

Symptom

When document is signed, it will not appear in determined placeholder.

Environment

SAP SALES CLOUD CPQ

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Send document to be signed on DocuSign Platform;
  2. When signing it, signature will not be placed on Placeholder. 

Resolution

  • It should be verified how the Placeholder is set in the template
  • All DocuSigns tags in Quote 2.0 are surrounded by  << and >>.
