3301155 - Candidate Profile was purged even after recent login - Recruiting Management

In the preview report, the few of the candidate that is showing as to be purged was able to access their account but still got deleted.

Candidate accepted the DPCS but still got purged.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Create a purge request.
2. Wait for the preview report of the candidate to be purged.
3. One of the candidate in the list accessed their account
4. User approved the purge request
5. Candidates that recently accessed their account still got purged.

The preview report of the purge job captured the list of candidate profile that qualifies the criteria on the time the report is generated. The list is final and the system will not recalculate while waiting for the approval. The candidate should be able to login or accept DPCS before preview report is generated to be excluded from the list of candidate profile to be purged.
