Symptom

  • The purge of inactive employment is failing with the error: "User Purge failed. Please check the server log or create a ticket."
  • When performing a soft purge of an inactive user with a secondary assignment(secondary employment), it is failing with the error:
    "Data purge process failed for purge object type = UserObjectType. Please check for any data inconsistency in your system or contact customer support.
    Start execution of job [jobExecutionId=xxxxxx]"
