3301209 - Exclusion Reason for Work Incapacity Certificate for Germany is missing from Manage Data

Symptom

You are trying to enable the Electronic Certificate of Incapacity to Work (eAU) as described in the Guide article Electronic Certificate of Incapacity to Work (eAU) | SAP Help Portal.
However, upon checking in Manage Data, you are not able to find it under Create New > Exclusion Reason for Work Incapacity Certificate for Germany.
