3301211 - Decision reason is not displayed in the Approval details tab - SAP S/4HANA 2021

Decision reason has been maintained in the path below: 
SPRO > ABAP Platform > Application Server > Business Management > SAP Business Workflow > Flexible Workflow > Edit Decision Reasons 

However, after approving/rejecting a purchasing document in the My Inbox app, the selected decision reason cannot be found.
