3301276 - Same Field in Global and Country Specific Configuration - RBP

When having with different labels for the same Field ID in Global and Country Specific Configuration of an entity like Job Information, Manage Permission Roles > Employee Central Effective Dated Entities displays only one permission, with the label added to the Global Configuration.

Sample scenario:

1. Navigate to Manage Business Configuration;
2. Click on 'jobInfo';
3. Add field 'custom-string1' and label it as 'Global Configuration';
   
   
   
   
4. Now go to 'jobInfo_CAN' and add field 'custom-string1' but label it as 'Country Specific Configuration';
   
   
   
   
5. Go to Manage Permission Roles > Employee Central Effective Dated Entities;
6. Search for 'Country Specific Configuration' field and see there is no result;
7. A result is only found for the 'Global Configuration' field.
   
   

Fields configured in the Global entity have a precedent over the ones configured in Country Specific.

When having the same field id with different labels in global configuration and a country specific configuration, there will be created only one permission in Manage Permission Roles > Employee Central Effective Dated Entities.

However, with 'Global Configuration' permission on, when in the profile of an employee in USA, for example, the displayed field will be 'Global Configuration':

And when in the profile of an employee from Canada, in the sample scenario, the displayed field will be 'Country Specific Configuration':

This is expected behavior as the system will not create separate permissions for a field that has been created in the Global Configuration. It will create only one permission, with the label that has been addressed to the field in the Global Configuration, and the field label will dynamically change according to each employee's country, when in their profiles.

NOTE: This logic is valid for all country-specific entities: Job Information, Compensation Information, Employment Information/Employment Details, Global Information, Home Address and National ID.
