3301281 - Shortage Evaluation Period drop down list does not show per shortage defination

In app Monitor Material Coverage, Shortage Evaluation Period drop down list does not show the options per 'evaluation horizon' set in shortage profile.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud

The symptom occurs immediately after any change on shortage profile.
This is because Shortage Definition DB table is fully buffered to have a better performance for data which are not transactional.
There will be a synchronizing delay.

Wait for the next day till the synchronizing is completed.
