3301304 - Non-ABAP EWA report isn't available on SAP Focused Run

Symptom

You are trying to generate EWA reports for non-ABAP systems in SAP Focused Run. However, the reports aren't available in the EWA Workspace. 'SAP EarlyWatch Alert Status' shows the error message "Service data request is not picked up by <SID> yet." for the affected systems.

In the meanwhile, searching the affected system extended SID in Job SAP_FRN_EWA_SCHEDULER, seeing the following error message:
EarlyWatch Alert for technical system <sys> JAVA scheduled at <date>: <session no.>
Destination does not exist for Install. <installation no.>, Session <session no.> and SID
