3301642 - Approval Details not Determined in Manage Purchase Contract APP

In Manage Purchase Contract App, Error in Approval Details tab: There are no steps available. Neither existing steps, nor a matching preview can be determined. 

SAP S/4HANA Cloud

1. Open Manage Workflows for Purchase Contract APP
2. Create a workflow providing start conditions and approver details
3. In Manage Purchase Contract app, create a Purchase contract
4. After saving the contract, Go to the approval details tab

1. Missing SSCUI Configuration
2. Issue might occur due to the use of custom start condition parameter

Cause 1:

1. Go to Manage your solution app
2. Activate the SSCUI 101247 - Activate Flexible Workflow for Contracts

Cause 2:

1. Use SAP delivered start condition parameter. For e.g. “Purchasing group of purchase contract is”
