3301729 - OrganizationAcknowledgment transaction fails in Managed Gateway with error: "Received invalid realm name"

Symptom

After enabling the Managed Gateway from Ariba the transaction Organization document type is completed without any error. However the followup transaction OrganizationAcknowledgment document type fails in Managed Gateway.

Error: BusinessNetwork response is :"FAILED" and ErrorCode:"400" and ErrorResponse:"Received invalid realm name.. Suggested Action : Document failed in Business Network.ErrorCode:CIG-PLT-00644.Please review the Support Note 189049 (https://support.ariba.com/item/view/189049) for solution
