Symptom
This article provides more information on an issue with creating offer letters with Docusign esignature with the following fingerprint: fingerprint=adf3f17d3cc28a926c373a7ee1e40c351e0c01ac.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management
Reproducing the Issue
a. Got to Recruiting.
b. Go to the Requisition.
c. Open a Candidate.
d. Click on Take Action > Offer Letter.
e. Choose any template. Click on Next.
f. Click on Online offer with esignature.
g. You will get the error message - fingerprint=adf3f17d3cc28a926c373a7ee1e40c351e0c01ac.
Resolution
Please note that you may get different error Ids, but the fingerprint will be the same. Another scenario would be the fingerprint being different but the error that shows in the backend server will be - SocketTimeoutException: connect timed out: docusign.net:443.
This issue was investigated by our Operations team. It was found that there was an outage with the Docusign servers causing the timeout. The issue is now resolved and no longer reproducible for the reported customers.
