3301844 - Business agreement determination select option not working

Symptom

The Business Agreement cannot be determined with selection pop-up even though agreement determination has been set by "F" in the definition of transaction type.

  • (Blank) = No agreement determination
  • E = Only at Item Level: Assign Immediately if Unique
    The system searches for an existing sales agreement or service agreement when you create a sales order or service order. If exactly one relevant agreement exists, the system assigns this agreement immediately to the order.
    If multiple agreements exist for one order, the system displays a list of agreements from which you can select the one that you want to use.
  • F = Only at Item Level: Always With Selection Option
    The system searches for an existing sales agreement or service agreement when you create a sales order or service order.
    If one or more relevant agreements exist, the system automatically displays them as a list. From this list, you can then select the agreement that you want to use.
  • G = Only at Item Level: Copy Agreement from Header
    The system copies an existing sales agreement from the header, as soon as an item is created. If a sales agreement was not added to the header, a warning message is issued when the item is processed because a sales agreement cannot be copied.
    This option is provided for sales orders only.
