3301938 - WMQF* queue stuck, error /SCWM/GM096 in SLG1

Symptom

The user makes a usage decision for a quality inspection document/lot, but the stocks are still linked to QI document/lot.
There is a queue WMQF* with the inspection document number(decentral landscape) or inspection lot number(embedded landscape) in EWM SMQ2 with error Message no. /SCWM/QINSP203 "Error during follow-up action; See application log". If logging of quality inspection related errors are set-up for the warehouse in transaction /SCWM/ACTLOG, the tcode SLG1 for the queue shows errors as "Target stock type &1 is not allowed in storage type &2", Message no. is /SCWM/GM096.
