3301963 - Unable to connect to cloud server from on premise agent via proxy - SAP Cloud Integration for data services

Symptom

    • In configure agent utility, under setup Agent 'Use proxy Server' and 'Proxy requires Authentication' is checked
    • When running diagnostic tool the communication test between the Agent and cloud server has the following response
      • === Check network communication between the agent and Cloud Integration server using the latest certificates.
        Run -S -v  -x<proxy_server>:<proxy_port> -u<proxy_user>:<proxy_password> --cacert "/path/to/temporary/pem" <CI-DS server>
