Symptom

  • Error " Initialization failure" when trying to create a web intelligence  report  in BI launchpad.
  • Sometimes , the following error is displayed :

"Unable to connect to service WebiPlugin.Webisession from server<servername>:<port> via CMS ..."

  •  No issue in Web Intelligence Rich Client tool
