3302077 - You Can't Change the Employee Responsible if Sales Order is Completed.

Symptom

You want to change employee responsible after the sales order is completed.

Environment

 SAP Business ByDesign

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Sales Order work center.
  2. View: Sales Order.
  3. Show: All Orders.
  4. Search and edit Sales Order ABC (ABC represent Sales order ID).
  5. Edit and you can see Employee Responsible is greyed out and cannot be changed.

Cause

When the status of the sales order is completed, the employee responsible cannot be changed.

Resolution

This is current system behavior.
