3302081 - How to prevent update in People Profile for a Crossboarding - Onboarding

When a new Crossboarding is initiated from Recruiting Management, it right away update the Employee Central Profile and it will be updated again once the Review New Hire Data step is completed. 

Is the a way to disable/control the first update?

This is system design. There is no way to control the updates on Employee Central Profile once the Crossboarding is triggered.
