3302083 - Error CK239 in t-code CK40N costing step but not in CK11N

Symptom

The step Costing is processed for a material in transaction CK40N and the error "CK239 - Cost element is not assigned to a cost component" is collected in the log. Now, a costing is processed in transaction CK11N for the same material, plant, costing variant, and costing dates, and the error CK239 is not collected.
