3302089 - How to Delete Business User Sessions

You have a requirement to close sessions of a business user.

This can be relevant when a user may have forgot to logoff in a certain device, or to avoid possible locks in the system.

Steps for deleting the user sessions:

1. Click on the user avatar icon on the top right of the system screen.
2. Select option Key User Settings.
3. Click on User Session Settings.

A list will be displayed with the sessions currently active in the tenant. You can use the trash can button to delete sessions.
