3302231 - Download Custom labels file is appearing corrupted

Language pack for custom labels are appearing corrupted once the file is download, for example, Arabic language. 

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

1. Log onto affected system with provided access. 
2. Go to Manage Languages. 
3. Download custom labels for the affected language.
   
   1. Under 'Customer Translation' column click on the desired language
   2. 'Translation Revision' page will open
   3. On the right corner you will see a arrow pointing down
      1. Click on it, and you will be able to download the customized labels
4. Open the file in Excel.
5. Notice how the file is corrupted and the translations are not present legibly. 
6. Open the file with Notepad++ 
7. Notice how the file is corrupted and the translations are not present legibly as well. 

Formatting issue with the file being download. 

1. Upload the originally downloaded affected custom labels file which was corrupted.  
2. Upload the file to the system without any changes.
3. Download the affected custom labels file again
4. This time did not appear corrupted and it is working as expected.
