3302232 - Error when submitting Modelo 10

Symptom

After implementation of note 3289006 - MODELO 10: Generation of Version 13 in 2023, the validation program for Modelo 10 fails. When submitting the resulting TEMSE file, the error message "Error parsing field '14' in record 'Modelo10FileRegisto003V13': Unparseable date: " appears.
