3302295 - W-4 Employee's Withholding Form UI Change - Onboarding

Is it possible to change the text of the field in the W-4 Employee's Withholding Form?  For example the user want's to change the text of the Checkbox of the image below:

"Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental."
