You are unable to subscribe to SAP Central Invoice Management. You can see following details when clicking on the failed subscription or "View details":
Couldn't subscribe to SAP Central Invoice Management. Please try again. If the problem persists, open a ticket using the BCP component: MM-IV-CIM.
Furthermore clicking "View details" in the "Subscription Failed" windows displays some text with the following message inside:
To subscribe this application link an Identity Authentication tenant to the subaccount with the "Establish Trust" option.
