3302405 - MDG-CMP-MM: when using mass processing, getting errors "Package number 1 could not be processed"

Symptom

When using mass processing, getting errors below during activation:
"Package number 1 could not be processed"
"Commit failed after data handling"
"Updating could not be completed"
