Changing the bank account master data in dual control mode the email notification is sent to many undesignated user.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud

Look into the assignment of business roles to all these users. All these users will be granted with Change Bank Account Authorization. Hence when there is changing of a bank account, in dual control mode, email notification will be sent to user who are granted with this authorization.

Create new business role with below 5 business catalog included and unrestricted write access granted. Then assign the new business role to the designated users.
