3302452 - Agent Status in RPA Factory Remains in 'idle'

The User had setup the desktop Agent, Triggers and Agents. Upon execution, the automation got triggered but the status of the Job remains in status "Ready"

And the agent status remains in status 'idle'

User tried to

-- Restart the connection

-- removed and added the tenant in the desktop agent

-- Checked whether a project is assigne but there is tenant where bot runs without a project

But still the issue persists

It is always recommended to keep the Desktop Agent, SDK dependencies and Bot up to date.

In case if one of it is not up to date then there could be issues with bot execution
