3302457 - Validate if all user entities have User Source System populated

Want to validate if all users in the LMS have a User Source System populated.

You can validate all user entities have User Source System populated using this simple search.

1. Navigate to Learning Administration  > People > Users
2. In the search page look for search filter User Source System
3. If it is not visible, then, click on Add/Remove Criteria and Check User Source System
   
   
   
   
4. Once you have the search filter available, you should see 4 options for the User Source System type
   • MyLearning
   • SuccessFactors Platform
   • Identity Provisioning
   • All
5. Without any other search criteria, do a search for each of the User Source System types, and note the count of each.
6. The sum of users in MyLearning, SuccessFactors Platform, Identity Provisioning should be equal to the user count in All.
