3302475 - How is Ship to Address determined in Output form of Purchase order

You wanted to know from where the system fetches the details on to Out form related to Ship to location

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to the Purchase Requests and Orders work center.
2. Go to the Purchase Orders view.
3. Select purchase order 
   
4. Click the Edit button.
5. Click the Preview button.

 or

1. Go to Purchase Requests and Orders work center
2. Search for the Purchase Order 
3. Now select View All and navigate to Output History tab
4. Select the output form and open the form

 You will see some un expected details  under ship to address

Ship to address appearing in out put form is combination of ship to location address and  Recipient details maintained in the Purchase order.

Open the PO and Go to PO  Items>delivery tab and you will see the Recipient and the ship to location iD

Also in the same screen  under "Delivery Address copied from Location " you see the  combined details of recipient and ship to location appearing.

 Since this two details go hand on hand thus they appear together in  Output form as well.
