3302600 - Inbound Calls to CPI Tenant using OAuth 2.0 are failing with 401 Unauthorized error

Symptom

  • Inbound calls to one or more endpoints on your Cloud Integration tenant are failing with a 401 Unauthorized error message
  • The system logs on the tenant (LJS trace) contain messages of the following type at the time of failure - 

    Subdomain of access token is not equal to the tenant. Returning null authentication.
