In Workflow Administration Fiori App, there is a column to display the number of attachments attached to a work item. The number of attachments shown here does not correspond to the actual number of attachments.
The attachment is visible in the application related Fiori App (like Display General Journal Entries), however the Workflow Administration app does not take this into account.
