Symptom

Request for enablement of Commerce Cloud feature in SAP CPQ.

Environment

SAP SALES CLOUD CPQ

Resolution

  1. Contact SAP CPQ Support team to verify the required licenses.
  2. Request the team to enable the Commerce Cloud setting. 
  3. After enabling the parameter, observe the result as shown in the placeholder for image.
  4. Navigate to SAP Commerce Cloud and enable the "SAP commerce cloud integration" toggle switch.
