3303257 - Behavior of messages ME 897 and ME 898 in Outline Agreements

Symptom

When adding an item into an Outline Agreement with a Unit of Measure that is different from the base unit, system doesn't raise messages consistently. It raises one of the following two messages:

  • Conversion factor could not be determined - ME 897,
  • Order unit [] cannot be used - ME 898.
