3303329 - Manage Global Hierarchies app raises error "The hierarchy ID and node ID cannot exceed a total of 14 characters"

The following error message is raised in app Manage Global Hierarchies:
- The hierarchy ID and node ID cannot exceed a total of 14 characters
- The total length of hierarchy and node id can not exceed more than 14 characters.

So, if hierarchy ID is defined with 8 characters, the length of node ID can be maximum 6 characters.
